Project: This logo is a personal project inspired by a friend's online clay earring boutique. I wanted to capture the boho aesthetic of the artist's earrings and personal style, so I chose earthy, feminine colors and organic shapes.

Goals:

• Create an earthy feel to mimic the clay the artist uses in her earrings.
• Make every element organic in color and shape.
• Clearly communicate the business's signature product.

Project: Client work I did for the speculative fiction imprint of Mountain Brook Ink, a small Christian publisher. When I first heard the imprint's name, Mountain Brook Fire, I knew I had to capture the strong imagery found within the name. "Mountain" and "brook" can be found within the shapes, while "fire" lies within the orange coloring. The book at the bottom of the logo helps identify the brand as a publisher.
